The memorial, dedicated on June 23, 2007, features a statue listing 98 names of the fallen heroes from Lorain County in the order they died, ensuring their legacy is preserved and remembered by future generations. Visitors to the site can reflect on the courage and dedication of these veterans, making the memorial a place of remembrance, respect, and education about the impacts of the Vietnam War.
